So, I had an epiphany one day. What if all those rules of Gibbs that we don't have numbers for, have actually been said in the show, just not numbered? Add to that some fan-made rules I found when I was researching extra Gibbs rules and there you have it - a complete possible list of all Gibbs 51 rules.
